Bikes boxed and ready to go

We're flying to Brindisi very early tomorrow morning. Flight at 05.45, so we were worrying about how to get to the airport with two bikes in boxes along with panniers and tent packed into old holdalls that we will throw away on arrival (tricky to get all the smaller pieces of luggage one carries on a bike into one piece of luggage each).

Fortunately we noticed that we can check hold luggage in from 20.00 tonight as our flight is so early, so will drive to Gatwick later with everything in the car. We'll then have to bring the car home again, but will just have to worry about getting ourselves and a small amount of hand luggage into a taxi at 03.30 tomorrow. 

The advantage of this early start - not our choice, but the only flight - is that we'll (hopefully) be re-assembling the bikes in Brindisi before we'd normally have finished breakfast at home!
